A funny thing happened on the way to the office as we were working on the annual Best of Prague issue.

I had the honor of being stuck in traffic for 20 minutes while a Michelska bakery truck driver unloaded it's goods. This in itself was almost enough to get them zapped off the list, but as the guy was rather slow, I couldn't help loading up my car with some fresh baked goodness.

Let's just call it a waiting tax, after all, time is money! After that, I'd have to especially recommend Michelska cherry (sold in shops everywhere).
