The sway of the hips...

Belly dancing, or more properly, Oriental Dancing, has travelled from the Middle East and Northern Africa, and is now in Prague. Classes in this ancient art form can be a welcomed break from your normal workout routine or perhaps taken just for fun.

Whether you're interested in shaping your body, reducing back pain, enhancing your self-confidence, or improving coordination, belly dancing can do it.

Classes are now available at Fitness Tyn by an experienced instructor (in English), and there is a maximum of 12 women per a class so be sure to call and reserve your space.
