The delicious food, good prices, and exceptional service right down in the Heart of Zizkov.

Mailsi Pakistani RestaurantYou walk in and grab a table in the slightly cheesy but cozy date space (the lighting is perfect), the beer is fairly priced and the drink menu is standard, but the food is why you're here!

Vegetarian dishes, nice appetizers and especially filling and delicious kebabs. I think that curries are the biggest test for a Pakistani restaurant, and I'm drawn to it over and over again, it's perfect with the basmati rice.

The chicken flavor is my favorite, and my date enjoyed the lamb.

The beef curry was ground and had a Lebanese quality to the spices. Feel free to request a hotter version of your favorite dish.

It should cost the two of you a little over 300 Kc if you go for a coffee after dinner, and you can get there early 5pm or come late (In the near future they will stay open 'til 1am, and I can think of a lot of reasons why that's good news.

Convenient trams at nearby Lipanska stop include the 5,9,26, 55 and 58, which means you can catch a night tram there from Vaclavske Nam. or Lazarska every 15 or 20 minutes after midnight. It's getting more popular all the time as is that whole area of Zizkov, but reservations are not necessary yet, or get it to go.

You will inevitably meet the owner Mafouz if you begin frequenting the restaurant, tell 'em you read Think.
